- General Merchandise and gifts will be shipped out as soon as possible. Most of our products will ship within 24 hours. Items like Diploma Frames may take several days to ship out of our store. You will receive an email confirmation with the shipping confirmation and tracking number. We do not currently offer shipping on textbook pre-orders via our website. If you need your textbooks shipped for a special reason please contact us and we can make arrangements with you.

- We take your privacy and security very seriously. All possible steps have been taken to ensure your information is kept safe and encrypted. We do not share your information with third party companies. Please refer to our Privacy and Security statement for further details.
- Returns & Replacements
- All of our general merchandise is returnable within 30 days provided it is in resalable condition. If you receive a damaged product please contact us right away and we will issue a replacement product to you. Textbooks have very specifc return dates for each semester and term. Please refer to our most recent Textbook Return Policy page for further information.

- Prices for textbooks
change on a sometimes daily and weekly basis. Textbooks are
sold at the most current prices and your pre-orders are subject to
availability of used or new books. In some cases, if
you pick a USED book for special packages or new copyright
titles your used book will be replaced with a NEW book.
Prices of textbooks may change after you place your pre order as many
books arrive into the bookstore from publishers with new prices on a
daily basis.
We guarantee our prices to be lower than our local competitors. If you find a price higher simply call us or fill out the contact form and we will address it immediately. We always appreciate your feedback and help in this manner. - Your Account | Viewing Orders
